Offers reliable and consistent control of commercially important annual grass weeds in paddy rice

- Mode of action: Pyriftalid inhibits the acetolactate synthase enzyme (ALS). This effect reduces the rate of cell division and inhibits plant cell growth, causing death of plants.
- Targets: APIRO is a flexible herbicide for the consistent control of all annual grass species common to growing rice, including Echinochloa spp., the most troublesome weed in rice.
