  • You received an incorrect product (e.g., wrong type of seed, pesticide, or fertilizer).

  • The product is expired or its packaging is compromised/tampered with.

Return Window: All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date you received your product.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and intact packaging.

  • They must be unused.

  • All original labels, seals, and batch numbers must be clear and untampered.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is mandatory.

  • Crucial Note: For safety, quality control, and product integrity, agro-chemical products (like seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers) are NOT eligible for return once their original sealed packaging has been opened, broken, or if the product has been used.


 

2. Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Once the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Any opened or used agro-chemical products, seeds, or fertilizers.

  • Products with broken or tampered original seals/packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to improper handling, storage, or application by the customer.

  • Products purchased during discounted sales, clearance events, or bulk sales (unless defective upon initial delivery).

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
